Team Sky's Mathew Hayman heads Australia's squad for the Commonwealth Games in Delhi as he looks to defend the road race gold medal he won four years ago in Melbourne.

He's joined by a bunch of top sprinters, including teammate Chris Sutton, HTC-Columbia's Mark Renshaw and Astana's Allan Davis.

The Australians are aiming to repeat their dominant performance on both road and track at the Melbourne Games in 2006.

This year's road events in New Delhi will take place straight after the UCI Road World Championships in Melbourne on 3 October.
